Why open a PSPC account?
PSPC allows you to budget the amount of money spent on inmate calls. We will only allow you to accept calls within the prepaid account balance which allows you to decide how much you want to spend and make your deposit amount based on that budget.

PSPC allows you to receive calls where collect calls are not allowed. This includes your cellular phone, and any phone that is served by a local telephone company that is unable to bill collect calls.

Terms & Conditions
By establishing a PSPC account, you are claiming to be the legal owner of the telephone number used for this account and confirm that you are authorized to use the credit card or checking account for payment on this account.

Account Expiration & Refunds – Any unused funds are forfeited after six months after last account use. A refund of remaining funds may be requested at any time. A refund check will be issued less an administrative fee of $2.99.

Call Limitations – Each correctional facility has the authority to establish call duration and frequency limitations to maintain security.

Call Recording and Monitoring – Calls at all ICSolutions sites may be subject to monitoring and recording by facility personnel.
